Campground Rules
Please read all rules prior to booking.
Maximum stay is 14 days within a 30 day period
Check In - 3pm / self check in
Check Out - ****11am* ***(please ask before hand to extend time, high turn over)
24hr Cancellation Policy - 50% refund if cancelled outside of the 24hr window, no refund within the 24hr window.
There’s bountiful wildlife including; Black bears - please keep all food stored safely and not in your vehicle. Most likely you’ll never see one unless they are passing through.
There is NO hunting permitted; only fishing and you must obtain a VT fishing license. You can do this online at: vtfishandwildlife.com or visit a local store.
Camping & Exploring is at your own risk, we are not responsible for accidents/injury to you or your personal property.
There are First Aid Kits with signs in designated locations:
#1 is near the entrance, the steal pillar on the left entering the property
#2 is near the Old Mill Site on Black Brook

You're responsible for your pet. All dogs must be leashed. You must clean up after your pet. Please make sure no digging.

ATV's , Trailers, Boats; must be parked in designated areas.
NO ATV use on property.

Do not disturb the land.

You may cut dead wood for fire wood but you will be provided with wood.
No injuring live trees!!!

You are responsible for your own trash, please take what you bring with you.
In some cases we can arrange to remove trash for you.
Please dispose of cigarette butts, matches, and paper in fire pits!

Fishing is permitted if you obtain a vt license online or at local store.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for behavior and safety of children under 18.

No off site firewood is permitted unless pre packaged with a label stating it has been properly heat treated. We do this to keep our forrest safe from outside illness and pests.
