Hi, I'm Nancy! Owner & Manager of Stratton Off The Trail. I'm a born Vermonter with a passion for the outdoors. This land has been in my family for over 30yrs. Ive walked this land with my father since I was little girl. It was his dream and mine to be able to share its beauty with others. My grandfather Walter made this possible for us to enjoy/own this property and we want to make it last. Over the last few years we have made it accessible for you to experience the land we love.
